Refund policy

We accept returns only in case of damaged products.

To be eligible:

Take a clear unboxing video as proof of damage.
Email us the video with order details at akancha.businessjewellery@gmail.com
Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Note:

Items bought during a sale or as part of a combo are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are applicable only for damaged items returned with proof.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
