Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be dispatched together in up to 14 business days.
- Address changes can be accommodated only before dispatch. Please email us at akancha.businessjewellery@gmail.com with your order details.
Shipping Timelines
- India (Prepaid Orders above ₹1499): Free standard shipping. Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- India (Orders above ₹1499): ₹60 charged for shipping. Delivery within 5-7 business days
Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.
- While we assist in tracking your parcel, we are not responsible for delays due to festive seasons, natural calamities, or courier issues.
